- If you have recently placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email please advise us of your order number so we can resend the notification to the email you entered at checkout.
- If you have received tracking information for your order and are inquiring about its current status: Please allow 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, Holidays excluded) for your package to be accepted and show arrival scans from the carrier. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for more detailed information on your specific order.
- If you have not received your tracking information via email and it has been longer than 5 business days, please do not panic! Occasionally delays do happen and it takes longer than 5 business days. We promise we are working diligently to avoid these delays, please understand that your order is likely in process of being built and you will receive updated information as soon as possible.
- Once we drop your packages off we can no longer provide any updates on the current location of your order beyond what the shipping carrier has provided. Your patience is very much appreciated, tracking usually updates within 48 hours when this does occur.
